By attending a Resin by Jenny workshop, you agree to the following:
Resin Safety:
Epoxy resin contains chemicals that may cause irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions. While reactions are uncommon, they can happen. Participants are responsible for knowing their own sensitivities and taking appropriate precautions.
Resin workshops are not recommended for pregnant individuals or anyone with respiratory issues or sensitivities unless they have consulted with their healthcare provider.
Chemical respirator masks are available during workshops, and participants may bring their own approved chemical respirator. N95 masks/covid masks do not protect against resin fumes and are not suitable for use with epoxy resin.
Summer workshops (June–August) take place in a well-ventilated area with windows and doors open for airflow. Winter workshops (November–March) require proper chemical respirators to be worn while working with resin due to reduced ventilation.
Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions and using the provided safety equipment. Please research resin safety if you would like to learn more about working with epoxy resin.
Resin & Personal Belongings:
Resin is a permanent material once cured and can permanently stain or damage clothing and personal belongings. Please take care when working with resin and avoid bringing valuable items such as expensive clothing, purses, bags, or electronic devices near your workspace. Resin by Jenny is not responsible for any damage or staining to personal belongings.
Respectful Environment:
Everyone is expected to treat others with respect. Bullying, yelling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone displaying inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the workshop without a refund.
By attending a workshop, you agree to follow safety guidelines, take responsibility for your own safety, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Cancellation Policy: A $25 deposit is required to reserve your place. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 3 days before the workshop. Cancellations within 3 days of the workshop, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
All items created in class is custom-made to your personal preferences and cannot be returned for a refund, including in cases of mistakes. Once you leave the class, your item is yours to keep and modify.
